21ST Century Extra Strength Melatonin 10 mg has twice the amount of melatonin as in our 5 mg product.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, gum acacia, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid. Contains <2% of: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
No added yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
